Refund Policy: At this time, JJ’s Killer Skin is made in small batches at this time. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product. If you have an issue with our product, your happiness and experience are very important to us, so please let us know. Items which are defective or broken upon receipt will be replaced or refunded if you reach out to us within 14 days of package arrival.

In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to support@JJsKillerSkin.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item.

Past 14 days, we do not guarantee replacement or refunds, but we are still happy to chat to see if we can help you.

Shipping Domestic & International: We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 

JJ’s Killer Skin offers a variety of shipping options for your convenience. Purchases above $100 ship free to the continental US.

IMPORTANT: First Class International Parcel Service can take anywhere from 5 days to 8 weeks for delivery.  Also, please note that ‘JJ’s Killer Skin’ shall not be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen when delivered to the mailing address specified during the ordering process.

International Orders: JJ’s Killer Skin is not responsible for delays that occur due to international customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes that your country may require. This means that any and all fees that you are charged are your responsibility. JJ’s Killer Skin will not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.

When will you ship my order?

We try our best to ship your package out within 1-3 business days, the time which we package and carry your package to the shipper.

Will I get tracking numbers?

We strive to deliver tracking information as soon as our systems allow it. While we are making changes to our shipping process to increase this efficiency, it is a work in progress, and your patience is much appreciated as we value your business. If you don’t receive tracking info or you are unable to read the updates, please reach out to use at support@jjskillerskin.com. We will only improve as time goes on.
