Roquette reveals it will showcase sustainable, health-focused plant-based food innovations, including its high-protein ingredients, at the upcoming Food Ingredients Europe (FiE) 2024 trade show (November 19–21) to meet consumer-driven culinary experiences. 

“Our focus at FiE this year is firmly fixed on positive nutrition, which is all about creating appetizing concepts that deliver on both taste and nutrition while addressing the needs of a more health-conscious and environmentally aware world,” says Valérie Le Bihan, head of Customer Marketing Europe at the food and nutrition company.
