The US Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics calls for universal access to medical nutrition

The proposed legislation was initially introduced in 2020 and is now championed by US senators Susan Collins and Gary Peters, along with US Reps. Robin Kelly and Jen Kiggans. It aims to extend coverage under Medicare Part B to individuals with a range of chronic conditions.
